Creatures of Habit ( COH jewelry) is an independent fine jewelry brand founded by designer Nofar Borkow in 2019, based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Inspired by nature, art, and storytelling, each piece is designed with its own backstory in mind, evoking a feeling of whimsy and deep personal connection. We are devoted to creating unique yet timeless heirloom pieces that carry a symbolic meaning for the wearer.
At Coh Jewelry, we believe in uncompromising quality and sustainable luxury. Every piece in our collections—including our signature flagship Maaca collection and our latest Oasis collection—is crafted exclusively from 14k and 18k solid gold, focusing on the use of ethically sourced lab-grown diamonds and gemstones. Each design is finished by hand in Israel with the utmost care and attention to detail.

Hi! I’m Nofar (which means Water Lily in Hebrew), the jewelry designer and founder behind Creatures of Habit.
My journey with jewelry began at a young age. By the time I was sixteen, I was already studying traditional goldsmithing to bring my own visions to life. After earning my degree in Industrial Design from H.I.T (Holon Institute of Technology), I knew that fine jewelry was my ultimate passion.
Today, from my studio in Tel Aviv, I reimagine stories, organic forms, and the world around me into solid gold treasures. Whether hand-carving tangible creatures or capturing abstract memories in gold, my goal is to create jewelry that feels like an extension of your own story.
