The Maaca collection was created as my way to honour my wonderful grandmothers. One born in the Philippines and one from Mexico, I was inspired by their childhood memories and artifacts from their homes, interlacing their experiences into something new.
Mariposa is a butterfly in Spanish and is deeply connected to Mexican culture.
The butterfly symbolizes the continued life of our spirits, rebirth, and connection to the world around us.
In many traditional Mexican textile patterns, there is a special zigzag pattern used to represent the butterfly and the Mariposa pendant is an homage to that.
The Mariposa pendant centers a square princess-cut moonstone and twelve round lab- diamonds.
center stone- 4mm princess cut
side stones- 1.5mm
Moonstone- 0.4ct
lab diamonds- 0.11ct
chain length- 45cm

When choosing white gold please note: We use natural White Gold As We Believe Its Tone Is Beautiful! If you wish to add rhodium to your piece don’t hesitate to contact us!
